T bar Rows
Single arm dumbbell row
T bar Rows - keep glutes tight to prevent your lower back from moving. Target the lats and pull weight forcefully to solar plexus . Allow deep stretch but do not let back round.
Single arm dumbbell row - bring weight directly upward toward rib cage. Engage your trap and lay to stabilize weight. Again keep lower back from rounding.
