A great variation of flys for chest I like to focus on a very controlled movement to start. Squeegeeing my lower pecs at the end of the movement and stretching the upper pecs on the way up. As always reps and range of motion are very important I aim for 16-24 for this exercise. Don’t quit when it starts to hurt quit when your finished
